November 4, 2016 | Northwest Health Services is hosting a Veterans Health Fair on Thursday, November 10 from 1-3 pm. The fair will be held at the Family Medicine Associates location at 2303 Village Drive in Saint Joseph, Missouri.
The fair is designed to connect Veterans with people and resources throughout the community to improve their health. Local vendors include MO Veterans Commission, the Veterans Administration from Eastern Health Care System, Travel Ambassador from St. Joseph Transit, Missouri Veterans Home from Cameron and Veterans Choice Clinic from Northwest Health.
