This is a federal program that provides medical services for persons living with HIV disease. RAISE provides services and support to these individuals who are not able to afford the cost of health care services. Financial support is used as a payor of ‘last resort’.
RAISE of Northwest Missouri is funded by the Ryan White Treatment & Modernization Act. We provide services and support to individuals who are living with HIV/AIDS. RAISE is a RWCA, Part C program that is administered through Northwest Health Services, Inc.
