Medical care, nutritional counseling, dental care, and health education brought to everyone in the community regardless of language or ability to pay. Northwest Health Services offers free diabetic education classes and personal consultations with our Certified Diabetic Educator, Tara Stevenson RN, BSN, CDE. Everyone in your community deserves quality attention. The Northwest Health Services HOME Unit coordinates preventive and primary medical, dental, mental health and substance abuse services, eligibility assistance, and housing assistance for homeless persons. The team includes a Family Nurse Practitioner, a Registered Nurse, a Dentist, a Dental Hygienist, a licensed clinical social worker, as well as an outreach worker and two case managers.
